The Family Treatment Court at Erie County works with parents who have been found neglectful due to substance abuse. This court combines treatment programs with regular judicial check-ins to help parents get clean and keep their families together when it is safe to do so. Hamburg residents who are referred to this program will attend sessions at the Erie County Family Court building in Buffalo.
