The WebFamily portal provides online access to case information. Search by file number or attorney name. The system shows case status, court dates, and hearing history. Some details may be restricted for privacy.
For certified copies of orders, visit the Family Court Clerk's Office on the 3rd floor. Bring photo ID. The fax number is 585-371-3585. The Rochester City Court Civil Division at Room 6, 99 Exchange Boulevard (585-371-3412) handles civil matters separately from Family Court.
