Support Magistrates at the Yonkers court include Michele Reed Bowman and Laura Daniels. They handle child support and spousal support matters. Searching Yonkers Family Court Records
Under Family Court Act Section 166, family court records are not open to public inspection. The court has discretion to allow access. Parties to the case and their attorneys can access records under 22 NYCRR 205.5 without a separate court order.

Virtual court appearances are conducted using Microsoft Teams at the Yonkers Family Court. This lets parties participate in proceedings from home when appropriate.
