Yates County Family Court

The Yates County Family Court is located at 415 Liberty Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527. For the full file, visit the courthouse in Penn Yan. Bring photo ID. The clerk can pull your case and make copies. Under Family Court Act Section 166, records are not open to the general public without permission. Parties and their lawyers have access. Others need a court order.
